In 2010, Nonfiction Creative was established by Alyssa Coletti as a multidisciplinary studio specializing in furniture design.  Nonfiction focuses on identifying, understanding, elevating and refining the essential elements of concept, form, and craft. We have had the honor of designing for Gunlocke, BDI, David Edward, Ecovative and others.  Alyssa's early career was spent as an in-house designer for Bernhardt Design, Lenovo and Williams-Sonoma Home. A graduate of Purdue University, Alyssa received a degree in industrial design, and completed additional design and architectural studies in Denmark. In addition to her design work, Alyssa formerly served as an adjunct faculty member in the Industrial Design program at Appalachian State University.
