Our journey began in the historic town of St Andrews, in the ‘Kingdom’ of Fife, when we acquired our first property, near to the Byre Theatre and minutes from the Old Course golf links. The town is close to our hearts and our name is inspired by its ‘Himalayas’ putting green, one of the world’s best known. We started Himalayas Realty Group to be a part of the sustainable and ethical promotion of St Andrews and Scotland. Having created our own portfolio, we know what is required to succeed in property development and we are keen to share this with like-minded travellers coming to experience our scenery, history and culture.
