Prism is a student-lead tri-annual art and literary magazine. An issue is published once per term and includes submitted pieces by Oregon State University students. Several forms of art that can be submitted. There can be literary submissions such as short stories and fiction/non fiction. Other submissions include, graphic design, photography, print, sculpture and more. What is Prism? The mission of Prism is to promote and inspire the arts in the OSU community and give students a place to express themselves. Prism is a part of the Orange Media Network along with The Daily Barometer, Beaver's Digest and KBVR FM and TV stations. Prism is published three times annually in the fall, winter, and spring terms. Students from all disciplines may submit artwork and writing by each term's deadline. The submissions are reviewed by Prism's art and literature editorial boards. In the spring, Prism publishes the winning pieces of the Provost's Literary Prize awarded by the Office of the Provost.
