Formerly Kobold Quarterly/Open Design: Now known as Kobold Press. Kobold Quarterly closed its run with issue #23. One or two projects each year are written as commissions, funded by gamers who often gain input into the final adventure or sourcebook, and who learn about the steps involved in moving from idea to final publication. These projects are discussed on the G+ community and the Kobold Press blog.
