Rainbow Chalk Markers was first launched in 1994, developing and promoting its first product, the Liquid Chalk marker. Through extensive advertising we became the market leader for this product, which led to us obtaining the trade mark LIQUID CHALK in 1999. Our knowledge of water-based products began to expand and further products were developed and brought to market, including the water-based Steel-writer and our DIY Grout Pen which restores mouldy tiles in kitchens and bathrooms. To keep up with this growing market, Rainbow Chalk Markers went on to invest in automated machinery and the resulting increase in production made it necessary to expand. We moved to Essex in 2001 where we have recently had to double the size of the site. All of our manufacturing is carried out here and we distribute our products around the world. We specialise in water-based non-toxic inks and paints, which are completely environmentally friendly and all conform to the ASDM-D4236 requirements.
