National Park Medical Center began in 1954 as Ouachita Memorial Hospital to meet the medical needs of the Garland County area. Today, we are proud to be a community health leader for Hot Springs and the surrounding communities. NPMC is a 163-bed full-service acute care hospital, providing a comprehensive range of medical services and high quality care including interventional cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, imaging technology, infectious disease treatment, geriatric behavioral health services, maternity services, inpatient rehabilitation and more.
