While we have worked on a variety of projects our focus is Commercial Architecture and we specialise in achieving a successful development of complex sites. The practice was established in 2011 when Peter Jodrell architect expanded and welcomed Simon Jodrell and Adriano Piviali as directors to form Motus. The combined experience served evolve the practice into what it has become today. The creation of Motus Architecture provides a wonderful platform from which to strive for continued growth and success. The studio atmosphere within the office results in varied design outcomes, innovative thinking and successful projects. Over time Motus Architecture saw the need for a combined Architecture and development management service. Motus Property was born and these two business share knowledge that allow each to provide a superior service to their clients.
