Penenden Heath Developments Limited is a Kent based construction company. We work on a variety of projects across all industries, including Affordable Housing, Commercial, Private Residential, Industrial and Educational. We specialise is Partnership arrangements where we work alongside leading Housing Associations such as The Hyde Group, Optivo, Golding Homes, MHS Homes, Town & Country and West Kent to deliver much needed new build housing opportunities. We have the capacity within our programme and the teams in house to deliver sites up-to 150 units and are seeking new opportunities within the Kent, East Sussex and Surrey area.
