Debra Doroni, MBA, ACC is a certified executive and leadership coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation. She brings to her coaching more than 25 years of experience as an executive, having held strategic and operational leadership roles in large and small physician practice, academic hospital and for-profit healthcare settings. As an executive, Debra was recognized for her communication skills, aptitude in coalescing diverse constituents, and ability to effect positive results in complex situations.  She was also known for her collegial leadership style and ability to attract and develop exceptional talent and build highly-functioning teams.  As a coach, Debra supports leaders to develop unused resources and opportunities, and manage challenging situations more effectively, to create change that leads to life-enhancing results, outcomes, accomplishments and impact. Examples of focus areas include strengthening relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and supervisees, developing organizational, strategic and implementation skills, creating, exploring, and/or preparing for new professional opportunities/advancement, enhancing executive presence, and overcoming beliefs and situations that hinder professional effectiveness. Having been compelled in the aftermath of cancer treatment to transform her own professional and personal life, Debra has a particular interest in working with leaders whose impaired executive cognitive functions (e.g. due to injury, illness, chemo-brain) and professional identity have been impacted by injury or disease.
