The Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care is an Intermediate Care Facility that cares for people suffering from forms of Dementia - through end of life. We are able to care for folks earlier in their disease process when they are high functioning and just needing reminders and such, but all the way through end of life, total care, even on hospice. We are priced all inclusive, so no matter the care that needs to be added on, the charge won’t go up.
