READI is a for profit, tech-enabled workforce training platform. We use a virtual reality as a tool to train young adults age 16 to 26 to qualify them for open jobs in the market. READI offers a blended learning model that includes instructor based trainings combined with Virtual reality enabled learning. READI's mission is to reskill young adults so that they have the workforce skills to qualify for jobs that pay more than minimum wage.
