Our process incorporates business simulation to allow people to experience the impact of their decisions in the course of achieving operational goals. Combined with business acumen and expert facilitation, the commercial behaviours required to execute company strategy are identified, practised and finally owned by the participant. Research has showed that an experiential learning process is by far the best way of ensuring retention of knowledge, significantly more effective than simply reading internal communications or listening to presentations.
