International Council for Education and Management (ICEM) The 'International Council' was founded in September 2008 in Solothurn, Switzerland. As a small round with the name 'International Council for Sustainability and Practice-Based Research' (ICS-PBR) we startet. After some first rounds a powerful international leadership network starts. 2015 we founded in the area of Aldgate an additional seat in the City of London. We changed the name to 'International Council for Leadership, Governance, Entrepreneurship and Management' (ICLGEM). Today we have a first class network of Prime-Ministers, Ministers, Presidents, Chairmen, CEO's and other leaders of international institutions and organisations, groups and companies. The "sustainable" goal and the field of practice-based research is for us as well important as the field of competencies and qualifications. Everything who is needed for you as leader when you want to be successful with your organisation! Many clients gave us the feedback that the name is far too long. We shortened therefore the name to 'International Council for Education and Management' (ICEM). The core strategy of the International Council has been adjusted to Priority & Effectiveness / Change Management, Performance Management, Transformation Management The International Council will increasingly support selected university research projects and programs, and will help to create and implement new research platforms. The International Council will launch international events starting in 2020, which will take place at excellent universities and colleges.
