We offer peer-to-peer EDI leadership coaching, retreat planning, and facilitation services to engage in meaningful, important, and oftentimes difficult conversations. CHIEF DIVERSITY OFFICER (CDO) RETAINER SERVICES: Figuring out how to start or relaunch stalled company-wide EDI initiatives can be overwhelming when so many other business needs and priorities require our time and attention. We can be your in-house, part-time EDI strategist, team builder, and champion.
