Following her passion of inspiring and helping others meet their goals, Ashley Yandle opened Studio Lifted (formerly Ashley Lane Fitness) in 2013 as a way to share her love for health and fitness. Studio Lifted offers quality, best in class group fitness classes designed to transform you through hard work, sweat, and passion. Studio Lifted's offerings include indoor cycling classes using Kesier M3i bikes, bootcamp, combination classes like SculptCycle and BarreCycle, one-on-one and small group personal training, as well as meal delivery services. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, are frustrated and have hit a plateau, or want to take your fitness to the next level, we'll work together to reach your goals! We'll work alongside you to develop programs that are realistic yet push you towards results.
