Pan African Centre for Social Development and Accountability (PACSDA) is a technical assistance and small grants social enterprise non-state development agency working to support actions at country level in response to continental and global development objectives. PACSDA’s role as an expertise centre and intermediary focused institution on the role of civil society, youth and private sector is a unique value added in catalyzing actions that accelerate national level response to the AU Agenda 2063 for regional and continental impact.
