Property Research: We carry out all initial searches inspecting each property thoroughly against our client’s requirements. Once we have identified suitable options we assess each for condition, potential and weaknesses. Once satisfied we will arrange client viewings. Complete Service: Each search is led entirely by the partners of Hathor. We stay involved from initial meetings through exchange to the completion of a deal reporting back to our clients at all stages. We can work with clients’ existing advisers as well as provide introductions to our extensive wider professional contacts. Negotiating: We work exclusively on the side of the buyer. Once all due diligence has been carried out we advise on price and purchase strategy before negotiating to secure the best deal.
