Cycling is our core, but we offer more! FLOW is the only cycling studio in RVA that offers FUSION classes. What are FUSION classes? You get to experience heart pumping intervals on the bike while also incorporating off the bike full body strengthening techniques in our FLOW Fit and FLOW Tone classes. Come check us out.
