BJKLI was founded to challenge the way race, gender, and sexuality are used to discriminate against people and prevent them from reaching their full potential. We encourage companies and individuals to embrace those with diverse personalities and lifestyles for the positive and unique contributions they bring to the workforce. Our work culminates with a biennial leadership conference in New York City, which convenes leaders from corporations, non-profits, and universities to share ideas and experiences in the areas of cross-cultural leadership and diverse talent.
