Nurses Improving Care for Healthysystem Elders (NICHE), is an international program designed to help hospitals and healthcare organizations improve acute and long-term geriatric care. The NICHE program, an extension of NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing, educates nurses with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient care to older adults. NICHE is a leader in delivering evidence-based best practices and tools for improving care for older adults. This nurse-driven platform focuses on healthcare programs and protocols that are under the control of front-line nurses.
