At CreatEng Cafe we want to know, what's your story? CreatEng Cafe is a community where English as a Foreign Language learners can interact with each other and express themselves creatively. We were founded in 2012 and hosted an English Short Story Competition targeted towards the South Korean market. The competition was a huge success, and we published a book with the winnings stories. The book contains ten stories, plus illustrations, a vocabulary bank, and discussion questions. It could be read just for leisure, or used as a learning tool at home, or in the classroom. CreatEng Cafe has now gone international and we accept submissions from every country that does not have English as an official, native or de fact language. Each year we now host our Annual English Creative Writing Competition which offers our community the opportunity to win prizes, earn a certificate, and get published. Our Inspiration Station has pictures, quotes, and videos for our visitors to comment on and interact with each other, and our Pen Pal program gives our members the opportunity to practise their written English and make an international friend. We hope to challenge English learners with their fluency, and most of all, inspire them to think and create in English.
