The Seattle Investors Club format is: 15 mins for meet and greet networking. 30 mins of speed networking (with assigned questions). 15 mins for needs and wants (anyone can speak). 60 mins for our featured topic (local experts teach without selling). 60 mins of open networking. The Seattle Investors Club welcomes investors who have never done a deal, to investors who have been doing this as their primary income for years. We can all learn from each other. Our typical topics are in the residential real estate investing in the Seattle area, but we occasionally get into commercial real estate investing, and out of state real estate investing. The first meeting at the Seattle Investors Club is free, and after that you can sign up for an annual membership. The annual membership includes 12 live meetings, and a login to our membership website, which includes a wholesale deal submission page where you can shop your deals to our 1000+ investor buyers list. Seattle Investors Club members are also encouraged to share their experience and projects via our blog. This will not only help create awareness to their business, but it will help to educate the group as a whole.
