Unlike High Street agents, who charge the same flat fees irrespective of the complexity or quantity of work, we will only charge for the time taken to manage your property, after an initial retainer fee. This does not compromise our high standards of customer service, in which we take enormous pride.   We are not a High Street agent. We are small and flexible, always putting our customers first.
