Bhd. is part of the group under Asian M&A Links, Inc. a Japanese owned M&A Consultancy Firm in the Philippines. Under the group, we also have presence in Thailand and Vietnam. The founder of these companies is Mr. Hideki Tanifuji, a Japanese investment banker, formerly a management in one of the biggest advisory firm in Japan, M&A Capital Partners. Most investor clients are but not limited to Listed Japanese companies. The company also transacts with Chinese, Hong Kongese, Singaporean, European, Australian, American investors and etc. The target companies are mainly from Southeast Asia. The company in the Philippines has closed more than 15 deals in different sectors and decided to expand to the ASEAN region in year 2019 to accommodate our investors need for inorganic expansion.
