Behavior, technical, and everything in between. Our program is paid by performance, which means that our clients pay once they are successful and start their first job. WHY IT WORKS: Over 80% of all jobs are filled in the hidden job market and 90% of candidates are eliminated due to lack of visibility than ability. So we work with you to get access to the opportunities in the hidden job market and get you the visibility of the decision-maker.
