The Scorpion team observes, coaches, and trains units ranging from platoons to battalions within a complex decisive action training environment. Scorpions capture individual and collective unit planning, preparation, and execution for formal and informal feedback and analysis at the SQDN/BN/TF, TRP/CO/TM, and PLT levels throughout the rotation. We assist commanders in developing trained, competent leaders and Soldiers. We identify unit-training deficiencies and strengths and provide feedback to improve the force and prepare for future operations through the use of dialogue, TTP/SOP recommendations, and training and evaluation outlines based on standard unit mission essential tasks.
