Fondée en 1997, sous le nom de Ressources d’Arianne Inc., puis cotée à la Bourse de Toronto en 2003, Arianne Phosphate Inc. (coté au TSX-V sous le symbole « DAN ») est une compagnie canadienne qui se consacre aujourd’hui au développement de son projet minier du Lac à Paul. Le projet du Lac à Paul est un projet de mine de phosphore localisé au Québec, Canada. Ce gisement, l’un des plus importants au pays, est composé de plusieurs dépôts de roches ignées riches en phosphore. À partir de ces roches il est possible d’obtenir par enrichissement un concentré de phosphore de très bonne qualité titrant environ 39% P2O5.
