We remember what is was like to be sold at and not listened to. We remember the weight on our shoulders when we made large purchasing decisions in support of change and when we maintained the status quo. We remember the trepidation we felt when change programmes started to be executed. There are so many variables in the field. We're better at helping because we've been in your shoes. And because we care about you in those shoes. We focus on two areas: (1) We stay close to the guardians of change in large corporations & law firms and help them to remove inertia and unlock innovation. Currently, most of our focus is on facilitating change through: (a) simple yet sophisticated digital solutions (which bring scale and ease of consumption, are cost-effective and measurable), and (b) transformative, bareback development experiences (which bring context and meaning) (2) We offer a ‘finishing school’ for start-ups – guiding and helping founders, owners and senior leadership teams to work on their businesses so that they are driving scalable, commercial growth in line with well-thought out strategies and so that they are representing their ideas and business in the best way possible, especially when seeking funding; attracting, retaining and exciting talent and customers.
