Mission: To connect and empower career-driven women through a community of collaboration, mentorship, and development. CWIB expands opportunities for women in all aspects of the business world, such as entrepreneurial ventures, environmental business, fashion business, and investment banking. CWIB aims to provide resources, such as access to alumni and similar-minded women, to empower and gain skills to overcome challenges faced by women specifically in business. What we do: We provide support and encouragement to undergraduate students to practice and pursue business after their undergraduate experience at CMC. In order to achieve this conducive environment, we provide forums for discussion on business, host events, lecture series, workshops on campus, and mentorship opportunities. On a personal level, we provide a close-knit community and a network of alumni and current students with similar interests as you in business.
