Pacific Lifeline
www.pacific-lifeline.orgSince November 1995, Pacific Lifeline has offered long-term comprehensive housing and support services to homeless women and children. Its mission is: Pacific Lifeline, a faith-based ministry, empowers women and their children facing chronic homelessness and helps them to achieve personal and social stability. Its objective is to eliminate the threat of chronic homelessness by providing the tools and support services needed to rebuild their lives and become self-supporting. Pacific Lifeline serves homeless women and their children who are motivated and able to work toward self-sufficiency. The program makes a difference in the Inland Empire by reducing the number of families needing welfare and shelter assistance. In addition to housing and basic necessities, our supportive services provide the tools and resources the families need to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency. These services include a Women’s Program (case management and resources), a Children's Program (group activities, tutoring, and family enrichment activities), a Therapy Program (individual, family, and group therapy, parenting support, and lifeskills workshops), and Graduate Extended Services (therapy, case management, food and basic necessities, community resources, gifts for the holidays, and a back to school program).
