I love training and mentoring! I have been in the clinical research industry for 19+ years and know how important it is for a CRA to have a strong foundation. I was a CRA, and road warrior, for approximately 15 years prior to transitioning to a management training role. Using my knowledge and experience, I trained CRAs for almost 3 years at a CRO. I also would oversee the development of my direct reports by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, evaluating and monitoring training needs, creating development plans, mentoring, and coaching.
