We believe that mindfulness empowers leaders to inspire others, achieve greater mastery in their fields, and enrich their personal lives as family members and friends. Through open dialogues, presentations and conversations about mindfulness and meditation, we hope to cultivate enlightened leaders who perceive leadership in terms of other people rather than themselves, encouraging them to focus on their responsibility to others rather than on exercising personal power, and enriching their work and relationships in the process. A core way we hope to do so is by educating people about “selfless attention”, which enables one to focus on others rather than one’s own ego, and allows for a clearer perception of the world around oneself.
