SEC provides research that describe modern international environment, explains and forecasts new trends in the foreign policy, as well as contain possible recommendations for government decision makers to implement. The expert team of SEC undertakes original research, organizes public events and educational activities aiming to contribute a secure, sustainable and just world. Publishing independent research and analysis by experts who go beyond traditional thinking on foreign affairs to make new connections for decision-makers and civil actors on issues such as peace and stabilization, conflict and fragility, energy and ecology security, migration and protection of human rights etc. The Security Expert Centre doesn’t take institutional positions on policy issues, and all views, conclusions and recommendations expressed in our publications should be understood as a merely author’s vision. A key part of our mission is to inform and prepare the national leaders to better policy on current and future security challenges.
