Punk Royale is a Nordic group of restaurants serving very high level set menus in an energetic and decadent atmosphere to a very competitive price. There are three main dimensions in a restaurant visit: 1) The food and service 2) The atmosphere 3) The price Almost no restaurants score full points in all three dimensions. That's what we are aiming for. We provide the highest level of cooking with superabundance of caviar, foie gras, truffles, lobsters, oysters etc. in a relaxed environment in total contrast to the traditional Michelin restaurants. Combining that with a decent price opens up fine dining set menus to an audience that normally would not be able to experience this type of food.
