Association for Talent Development (ATD-LA), which is formerly known as the American Society for Training and Development - Los Angeles Chapter (ASTD-LA) is a nonprofit professional association that was founded in 1946 and now has over 300 members, almost half of whom are also members of the international Association for Talent Development. ATD-LA is a leader in helping individuals and organizations in the field of Human Resource Development to maximize workplace learning and performance.
