Tampere Kuplii ry - the happy comics bureaucrats - organizes the yearly Tampere Kuplii comics festival in Tampere-talo, the Sarjakuva-Finlandia comics award and other comics related activities throughout the year in the Pirkanmaa region in Finland. Founded in 2007 and operated completely on a non-profit basis. All of our public events including our big comics festival are always free to attend.
