We design immigration friendly businesses for business owners from other countries who desire to immigrate to the US through L-1 and EB-1c visas. Kelly Technology is a technology-infused automotive and trucking firm founded in 2019 – and is a joint venture of EIC Technology and Kelly Car Buyer. We focus primarily on growth into major metropolitan areas, where we target large/affluent suburbs and establish a local operating unit to take advantage of aggressive inventory acquisition strategies – driven by higher per-unit margins than our competitors. We also pursue geographies outside major metropolitan areas on an opportunistic basis. Kelly Technology acts as the sponsor, and often the operating partner, in these units, and raises joint venture equity from international high net worth individuals to capitalize the units.
