Our vital contributions to the community include connecting people with volunteer opportunities, promoting and celebrating volunteerism in Manitoba, and providing leadership and training to the not-for-profit and voluntary sector. Our Work - We monitor trends, gather knowledge, build capacity, and share information. - We recognize successes, challenges, and opportunities in the non-profit sector - and we provide solutions. - We represent volunteers and reflect the collective voice of Manitoba nonprofits, charities and community groups. - We encourage and celebrate volunteerism - and understand the value of giving back to communities in Manitoba. - We are committed to supporting individuals and groups as they develop and enhance their capacity to meet community needs in the province.
