Tactical Edge principal Trainer is Shane Horsburgh, an experienced change management consultant, public speaker, mentor/coach and corporate trainer with a passion for offering realistic approaches to everyday human challenges. He spent 17 years in the New South Wales and Australian Federal Police forces, with the last seven as an operative/instructor in counter terrorism and special operations. During this time he was fortunate (and unfortunate) enough to experience the extreme spectrum of the human condition, often asking ‘why do humans do that?’ Based our of Canberra, our clients engage us across Australia in addition to international projects.
