Soft Power Skills Academy is an online leadership, teamwork, and productivity skills workshop, for rising, high-performance managers and leaders at businesses and NGOs, as well as entrepreneurs and freelancers. Lt. Col. Cummings uses his experience and knowledge as a career US Air Force pilot, international affairs and leadership skills specialist to guide the workshop that brings approximately 20 of these proactive people together 12 hours per week, for four weeks, to collaborate on challenging projects that put into practice leadership and soft power skills. We build lifelong networks and inspire and empower participants to gain self-confidence, improved thinking, increased productivity, expanded vision, and boldness in leading positive, meaningful change. Our service exists because the current educational system is largely ineffective and inefficient in time and resources, while we offer people a convenient, cost-effective, and challenging forum with the experienced guidance, relationships, and soft power tools they need to navigate today’s dynamic, complex world.
