Canadian Stewardship Services Alliance (CSSA), which has evolved to Resource Recovery Alliance (RRA), was created in 2012 to represent the recycling interests of Canadian businesses, providing management and administrative services to businesses, and producer responsibility organizations, to meet their recycling obligations.
