רוקחמן בע"מ הינו עסק משפחתי ותיק לייצור ופלים ועוגיות, המשווק את מוצריו תחת שם המותג "מן". כל תהליך הייצור במפעלי רוקחמן הינו אוטומטי לחלוטין, ללא מגע יד אדם, וכל התוצרת הינה פרווה ללא רכיבי חלב או לקטוז, ועשויה מחומרים טבעיים בלבד - ללא צבעי מאכל, ללא חומרים משמרים וללא כולסטרול. החברה ומפעליה נוסדו בעיר וינה על ידי אלעזר רוקח, והוקמו שוב בישראל בשנת 1954 על ידי מנחם רוקח ז"ל. בשנת 1990 עבר המפעל למשכנו החדש והמודרני, באזור תעשייה רמלה, וכיום הוא מנוהל על ידי בני הדור השלישי באווירה משפחתית נעימה, ממנה נהנים כל אנשי המפעל. Rokachman Ltd. is a family business with a long tradition of producing wafers and cookies, marketed under the brand name "Man". The production process in the Rokachman factory is fully automated. All products are cholesterol-free and contain only natural ingredients with no artificial coloring or preservatives. Our products are Kosher parve and do not contain milk or lactose ingredients. The company was founded in Vienna by the late Elazar Rokach, and re-established in Israel in 1954 by his son, the late Mencahem Rokach. In 1990, the factory was moved to its current, modern facility, located in Ramla's industrial zone, and today it is managed by the family's third generation. The company's quality products are distributed to wholesalers and retailers in Israel and worldwide. All products are kosher under the strict supervision of Rabbi Landau, head of the Bnei Brak rabbinical court, and Rabbi Abuhazera, the Rabbi of Ramla.
