MCS is a privately owned family business, based in Sydney. Our core strength is providing temporary and ongoing labour assistance solutions, to the warehousing, distribution and logistics industry, with a primary focus on container unloading. Our business has been established to offer alternative labour solutions to some of the challenges and pressures facing our industry today. In particular, we aim to assist eliminate overhead costs associated with traditional means of employment, such as super contributions, sick and annual leave and overtime loading, by offering a cost effective, flexible service, only as you need it. Currently, we are servicing the Sydney metro area with a number of in house labour crews, but also through an extensive network of external sole traders and contractors, with a range of skills and qualifications, to meet your requirements.
