Custom tailor all estimates to meet your requirements as agreed upon prior to taking on our first project together. Apply your specified material pricing, labor rates, overhead and profit, resulting in a complete quotation all priced and ready to be bid upon your final review and approval. Provide you with just a quantity take-off estimate, if you choose to apply the pricing yourself. Completed estimate will be provided on a spreadsheet format via fax or email along with any pertinent notes, qualifications and exclusions. Plans and specifications can be returned to you, at your cost, generally detailed and noted, for field application of specified finishes. Upon successful award of the estimated project, I can be available, if necessary, to review the job with you or your job foreman.
