I operate entirely within the permanent placement sector discreetly maximising my extensive and well connected professional network. I have personally developed lasting relationships with both clients and candidates since KWA's inception in 1987. I have been instrumental in helping local practices' build high achieving teams delivering continued success. Whilst striving to develop new client and candidate relationships, I believe in maintaining close regular contact with existing contacts enabling me to respond quickly to new recruitment demands as and when they arise. My most effective contact is often when clients and candidates are passive, this enables me to build real relationships by gaining a meaningful understanding of individual drives and motives.
