Hawaiian Community Assets, Inc. (HCA) is a non-profit organization that implements homeownership, financial education, and asset building programs to build, strengthen, and sustain families and communities for future generations. Asset building programs supported by HCA's work since inception include: pre-purchase homebuyer education and counseling, post purchase home retention and foreclosure prevention services, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, Individual Development Accounts, youth and family financial education, transitional housing financial and renter education, and The Hawaii Family Finance Project grant.
