Established in 2019, Inner Reflections found its home in Central Ballarat, to provide caring, respectful and empathetic counselling services to clients that may present with challenging thoughts and situations that are impacting the function of their daily lives. We provide the appropriate evidence based assessments, treatments and support to our clients so they can start to work through their issues by developing insight, awareness and acceptance into their situations. Our Counsellors are Jessica Coole and Graeme Jukes and we are professional Therapeutic Counsellors that both hold formal counselling qualifications and are both fully registered members of the Australian Counselling Association. We have both worked extensively across the Community Health Services sector as Generalist Counsellors as well as Drug and Alcohol Clinicians in both the private and not for profit agencies. Inner Reflections Counselling is a therapeutic counselling service based in the historical goldfield city of Ballarat, Victoria. Inner Reflections offers caring, respectful and confidential counselling for young people and adults across a range of concerns. We utilise a client centred approach and work collaboratively with you, to enhance quality of life and wellbeing. Inner Reflections provides reliable, respectful, and empowering counselling and psychotherapy treatments, with a focus on quality of care and service to the client. With what started out as a collective vision to one day start their own individual private counselling practices, two people Graeme Jukes and Jess Coole whom are former colleagues having previously worked together in the forensic AOD counselling setting, developed a unequivocal dedication and passion for ‘everything’ counselling.
