Coach's Oats was invented by Lynn Rogers, the women's gymnastics coach at California State University, Fullerton for 24 years. He led the Titans to seven Regional Championships, a National Championship and 66 All American Awards. Coach Rogers recognized the importance of eating a healthy bowl of oatmeal for breakfast but disliked the mushy texture.
