MillieModels is a certified SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) located in Huntsville, Alabama. Led by Richard Langsmith, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Program Manager, MillieModels has grown from a one person company to employing 8 full time personnel and 3 freelancers in under seven years. Our ability to design traditional and virtual environment training solutions has enabled us to continue to grow our company. MillieModels began as a 3D asset/model creation company and has since evolved into all aspects of training and we employ the Plan, Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (PADDIE) model for training needs and development. We create digital graphics to be used in print materials, face to face meetings, PowerPoint presentations, videos, live meetings, Blackboard/WebCT and Web Based training. We develop training solutions to include 3D modeling (interactive and static), animations, quizzes, embedded flash videos, html coding, support materials and virtual training videos for Web Based training. We also develop training apps for smart phones to engage students thru a medium becoming common place today. MillieModels prides itself as being a versatile provider, finding the best solution to fit our customer’s needs. Our mission is to design and deliver solutions tailored to our customers’ needs, from traditional training modalities of delivery to virtual and immersive technologies that meet the adult learners’ needs.
