OnLINE FM is based in Memphis, Tennessee. We began in 1991 and have been an Advanced Value Added Reseller of ARCHIBUS since 1993. Our single focus has always been on Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) with much experience and expertise in Maintenance Management, Space Management and Reimbursements, Inventory, Furniture and Equipment Management, Project Management, linking assets to AutoCAD for graphical reporting, and Integrations with other systems. In 2011, OnLINE FM purchased Facility Management Resource Group (FMRG) as well as all rights to their flagship product FM Works Work Order and Maintenance Management add on for ARCHIBUS. This merger increased our CMMS expertise and knowledge base even more. We have a mobile work order application for Windows Mobile devices and an iPad/iPhone version. Our philosophy is simple: Listen to the customer’s needs and offer a solid, workable solution at a fair price.
